Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our products as well as our service and guarantee that your mugshot will arrive to your specifications, free of defects and within the delivery timeframe specified at checkout.

If you received the wrong product, incorrect size, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it at no charge. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

If your order is delivered outside of the delivery timeframe specified at checkout at the time of order then please contact us as we will typically offer some compensation in this event. Please note that this assumes we were able to use your original photo and did not have to reach out for alternative photos or other clarifications which may have impacted our ability to deliver on time.

Due to the customized nature of the products we produce at CustomGiftify, we cannot offer returns or refunds if your order arrives to your specifications but you are unhappy with the final result. Your artwork is created to be entirely personal to you and your pet. We will however, offer to perform a replacement as part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee (*). If you are unhappy with your final product then please contact us. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we will do our best to ensure you have a positive experience with us.

(*) We do ask that all customers double check any text entered (names, crimes, etc) for correct spelling as the text as entered will be used for the final print. If you wish to make a textual change after your artwork has been printed a replacement will be granted at our discretion.

Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. For this reason it is important to follow our Photo Guidelines to ensure the best result. We do perform quality checks prior to artwork creation and may contact you via email to request a new photo. However, this is at our discretion and if we do not get a response we will go ahead with original submitted photo. It's your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines.

Please note that all examples on our website were made from high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry, low quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high quality results you see on our website.

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order.”
