Shipping policy

All orders generally take 3-4 weeks to be created, assembled and shipped. This is because each order from CustomGiftify is hand crafted by our art team and each piece goes through multiple artwork quality checks. We take pride in ensuring every piece is a stunning, high-quality tribute to your beloved pet.

Important: Production may be delayed if we require a new photo or if we are waiting for your design approval. Please ensure your email is correct at checkout and check your inbox (and spam folder) regularly after placing your order.

All orders are shipped with tracking codes and you will receive a tracking url via email so you may follow your shipment.
