Shipping policy

All orders generally take 5-15 days to be created, assembled and shipped. This is because each order from Guilty Paws is hand crafted by our art team and each piece goes through multiple artwork quality checks. This process takes time but it’s well worth it to ensure you receive the highest quality print of your pet's portrait.

We send a design preview once the digital art file is created and will wait for your approval before printing. Please approve as soon as possible to avoid delays in fulfilling your order. Design previews are ready in 2-3 days from ordering.

All orders are shipped with tracking codes and you will receive a tracking url via email so you may follow your shipment.

Shipping time estimates are shown below:
USA: 5-8 working days
CA, AUS, UK: 5-10 working days
Europe: 5-10 working days
Rest of world: 10-21 working days

Please Note:

• If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will lengthen the production time.
• We're happy to make any revisions to your artwork based on comments on the design proof. Please understand this will lengthen production time.
• If we cannot reach you and need to request a new photo or approval this will cause delays in fulfilling your order. Please ensure your email is correct during checkout and please look out for emails from us after submitting your order.
